The Strategy Quest Method
1. Establish A Properly Constrained Goal
To create business ideas, you must start with a properly constrained goal. Goals that are too general are directionless, and goals that are too specific result in conventional solutions. We guide the creation of properly constrained goals.
2. Create Ideas
We coach people on creating ideas that will satisfy their goals. This involves divergent exploration for information which is then consolidated, and incubated in your unconscious mind where it forms an insight. Next, the ideas are liberated into consciousness in the form of visions.
3. Turn Visions Into Concepts
Visions are abstract and must be made into concepts that can be demonstrated and discussed with others. Concepts can take the form of a drawing, model, scenario, presentation, description, etc. We advise, facilitate, and coach people through this step.
4. Evaluate Concepts
We show you how to evaluate concepts to determine whether they fulfill your goals, are possible, and have acceptable risks and rewards.
